Another month has come and gone in 2016. I decided to #runstreak for the month of April. It’s something I’d been curious about for a while now and I have seen several other runners do it and make some really good strides. I had finished up my marathon and felt recovered enough to try it. I still can’t believe that I’ve made it through 30 days of running every single day! I’m working on writing a post on lessons learned and my experience starting this #runstreak.

I also ran two 5ks and 1 half marathon!
My goals for May:
- Keep up the #runstreak as long as I can
- Work on adding some speed work at least once a week
- Track my calories more consistently
- We have 3, maybe 4 5k races on the calendar.
- Keep enjoying running!
